LAT: Dalībnieku reģistrēšanās notiks
TIKAI sestdien no 8:00 līdz 11:30
Uz reģistrēšanos ierodas visa komanda, ņemot līdzi savas SI kartes (identus), ja tādas bija pieteiktas internetā.
Reģistrējoties:
1) jāpaziņo izmaiņas komandas datos, ja tādas ir;
2) jāsamaksā dalības maksa, ja tas nebija veikts iepriekš;
2) dalībnieki saņem numurus, maisus Hash Hause inventāra iepakošanai, pusdienu talonus pēcfiniša ēdināšanai, atbildības formu. Organizatoru pārstāvji piestiprina katram dalībniekam viņa SI karti, notīra un pārbauda to (pārbaudiet SI kartes numuru);
3) pirms karšu izsniegšanas jāaizpilda reģistrācijā saņemtā atbildības forma.
Kartes tiek izsniegtas no 10:00. Komandas pārstāvis ierodas ar aizpildītu atbildības formu, saņem kartes visiem komandas dalībniekam un 1 papildus nelaminētu karti distances plānošanai.
11:45 dalībniekiem jādodas uz starta vietu.
Starta koridorā, starta tiesnešiem kontrolējot, vēlreiz jāpārbauda SI karte.
ENG:
* Registration of the competitors takes place ONLY Saturday, 14-June, from 8:00 till 11:30.
The whole team arrives to registration. The competitors, who will use their own SI-cards (announced in registration form), must take them to the registration.
* By the registration:
1) the team informs about changes, if so;
2) the entry fee is charged, if the team has not paid it before or wish to pay at the registration;
3) the team gets: number bib for each team member, indemnity form, plastic bag for Hash House equipment packing (24 h event members), after-finish catering vouchers;
4) SI-cards are attached to each competitor by the organizers. As well the clearing and checking of the SI-cards will be done at the registration, not before entering the start area.
Before maps handout all teams must fill and sign the indemnity form.
* Maps handout starts at 10:00. A representative of each team hands in completely filled and signed indemnity form and gets maps for all team members and one non-laminated map for the distance planning.
* All competitors enter the start area until 11:45. At the start area gate, the start judges will check the SI-cards numbers (according to the note on number bib of each competitor).
